As part of HR services, we offer full support in the field of registering the employees (for example to the national social insurance system) and payroll accounting
As part of our HR services we offer:
- Payroll accounting of employees and people employed under other types of contract, such as order contract (umowa zlecenie) or specific-task contract (umowa o dzieło)
- drawing up application documentation and account records for ZUS (social insurance) and PFRON (Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund)
- drawing up tax information and tax return
- Drawing up different types of contracts, such as employment contracts (umowa o pracę), order contract (umowa zlecenie), specific-task contract (umowa o dzieło) and others
- Drawing up certificates of employment
- Keeping employee documentation in line with the current law
- Drawing up in-company labour law documents (workplace regulations, renumeration rules, company social funds – ZFŚS)
- Representing the company during the inspections by various state organs, such as Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy (National Labour Inspectorate), ZUS (social insurance) or tax authorities; assistance in the implementation of post-inspection recommendations;
- Drawing up RODO documentation (regarding the General Data Protection Regulation)
