Michał Baran, an attorney-at-law and a tax advisor, is the founder and the person managing the firm. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics. He is a participant of many trainings and professional conferences.
He has participated in many business and restructuring projects. He advised companies listed on the Stock Exchange (New Connect). Lecturer at many conferences for entrepreneurs. Legal agent of business entities, universities, local government units and cultural institutions in litigations before the Provincial Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
